Temporary Staffing

Placement Strategies offers Temporary Staffing services to our clients when they have a need in which the temporary is expected to leave the client within a certain period of time, or be hired on as a permanent employee at our client. Sometimes our clients need a temporary the next day or for a certain amount of time while someone is on vacation or out on leave. Some of our temporaries will work full-time or part-time, depending on the individual case. We find and retain our temporary employees.  Our temporary employees are also used in work that has a cyclical nature that requires frequent adjustment of staffing levels.
